I was in New York for 5 days last week, and 3 of those days were fair game — I had the option to do whatever I wanted in the city that everyone dreams of visiting. I did a lot of really fun things, but the one thing that was on top of my list was to visit the Museum of Natural History. I was fortunate enough to be able to visit the museum 4 years ago as well, but boy is the museum so much more interesting and enjoyable when you have background knowledge of the exhibits! Visiting the museum was one of the highlights of my trip. I spent about 5 hours in there and only got through 3 exhibits. One of the most interesting exhibits though was about human origins. The exhibit had a really interesting video about Staph, and how a strain of it has evolved into MRSA. It was so interesting, I wanted to share an infographic about MRSA today. Read up and be sure to scrub yourself down after your workouts to avoid contracting MRSA! [via]
