Thinking about how much exercise you’d have to do to burn the calories from junk food is a smart move.
Do you want that KFC more than you don’t want to do an hour of jogging? Maybe the answer is yes, so break out those running shoes.
Of course, you don’t want to burn off every calorie you eat by exercising, you need some of that energy for, you know, living. But considering that a piece of cake is about 2/3rds of your total recommended calorie intake, you might want to get out the weight set because I doubt that a piece of cake is going to be 2/3rds of everything you eat today.
Some of the things on here, specifically the beer and soda, take less work to burn off than I expected. I’ll gladly power walk for half an hour to enjoy a beer, but not a Stella, please.
