In this day and age, our weight, fitness and overall wellness has never been more important. Luckily, there have also never been more tools to help us stay in shape and watch what we put in our bodies. This new infographic from Fluential, the makers of a soon-to-launch wellness app called Calio, surveyed those who made the New Year’s resolution to lose weight, eat better or get in shape. The results of who is sticking with their diet – and the tools used to help them succeed – may surprise you.
According to the Calio infographic, a whopping 95.8% of those who use technology (apps, Wi-Fi scales or wearables) find it helpful or extremely helpful in achieving their goals. The infographic lists the reasons many of start diets in the first place, the most popular diets, the average amount of weight lost, as well as demographics and exercise frequency.
