Sleep is a mystery. We still can’t explain 100% why we sleep so much, or why we dream so vividly. It is such a hot topic that even here, on daily infographic, we have over a dozen graphic on how or why it is important to get a good night’s sleep.
Why am I still posting sleep infographics? They’re still are valuable for our readers. People are fascinated by sleep, I even feel excited when I read another sleep infographic. I believe it is because sleep can be so hard to come by for such a large portion of people. Right now I’m stuck in a weird sleep schedule after visiting europe. Even though my body clock was seven hours off, getting home and trying to adjust has been hard. I’m still about 2 or 3 hours off, waking up at 6:30 every morning on the dot.
It’s hard to explain sleep, so I use every resource I can to help conquer this unexplainable habit we all have.
