Vehicle design has come along way, but maybe not in the right direction. After checking out today’s infographic you’ll see for yourself the sleek retro designs from the 50’s and 60’s have some great style. What really stuck out to me is the Porsche 917. Practically a spaceship ship designed in Italy during the early 1960’s. I couldn’t imagine how amazing it would have been to see that car race, but with a staggering $16,000 price tag it wasn’t for your everyday motorhead.
The evolution of cars have helped define generations and countries. Seeing a beautiful American muscle car makes me have just a tinge of patriotism.
