By | source:Here Sep 11th, 2022

Tired is a word that can be used in so many different ways. You could be tired from lack of sleep, or you could be tired from working too hard. The feeling of being tired can manifest itself in any number of ways, and it’s important to acknowledge all types if we’re going to understand what it means to be truly exhausted.

Dazed

You’re just dazed. You don’t know where you’re going, or why. You’re not sure what’s happening, but it’s not good. You feel like you’re in a fog and don’t have any answers. You feel like nothing matters anymore, and you might as well just give up on everything and let yourself fade away into the mist of nothingness for eternity.

Overworked

You’re overworked. You feel exhausted, drained and tired all the time. You’re barely able to do any work because you feel like you’ve been hit by a truck after every day at work. You’re so busy that it feels like it’s going to take an eternity for things to slow down so that you can finally relax a bit and get some rest.

Fed Up

You’re tired of the same old thing. You’ve had enough. You’re fed up with your job, or your partner, or your life, or even the kids you have to deal with every day. You’re over it all and want a change. But you don’t know how to make one—or even where to start!

Drained

You feel like you have nothing left to give, and it’s not just that you don’t want to do anything. You feel physically unable to do anything. It feels like there’s some kind of heavy weight pressing down on top of your body and keeping you from moving at all. You can’t even muster up the energy or motivation to get out of bed this morning. Your head is pounding, and there’s an ache in every muscle in your body that won’t let up no matter how many times you stretch or make yourself move around a bit. You’re completely drained out emotionally as well as physically—you feel as if there isn’t any reason for living anymore! The only thing keeping you going is knowing that someday soon this will end and then hopefully things will get back on track again (but until then).

Broken

If you find yourself feeling unable to go on, like there’s nothing left to give and you feel that life has lost its value and meaning, then this is probably the type of tiredness that feels most familiar. You may feel hopeless and depressed, or have thoughts about hurting or killing yourself. For others who are suffering from broken or burned out with life can be described as feeling unhappy with their lives as a whole at the moment. They might be experiencing symptoms such as chronic fatigue (feeling drained of energy), low motivation levels, steady weight loss or gain despite dieting efforts (or lack thereof), frequent headaches/migraines/headaches due to stress levels being elevated over long periods of time – especially when trying to do anything outside work hours (e.g., going shopping), constant sore throat/sore muscles in neck area due to stress levels being elevated over long periods of time – especially when trying

Apathetic

Apathy is a natural response to being tired. When you’re tired, it can be hard to care about things that used to matter—things like work, family and friends. You might feel like you just don’t have the energy or motivation to do anything.

If you find yourself feeling apathetic towards everything in your life, know that it’s normal! The key here is recognizing this as a sign that you need a break from those responsibilities. Treat yourself well so that next week isn’t even worse and then take the time away from whatever was causing your apathy and rest up before tackling more tasks (like homework).

Exhausted

You are completely drained of all energy. You feel like you have nothing left to give, and that you have nothing left to live for. You’re so tired, but not in a good way; it’s more like your body needs to catch up on sleep after its energy has been drained by the universe itself.

Defeated

You are tired. You feel like you have lost the battle, and this is not something that you are OK with. You are tired of fighting; you don’t want to keep going. Your body feels heavy, your mind feels foggy and slow, everything seems to be moving in slow motion around you. You feel defeated—you don’t want to keep fighting yourself or the world around you anymore!

Burned Out

You’re tired of everything. You’re tired of your job, you’re tired of your friends, you’re tired of your family, and even the person lying next to you in bed is getting on your nerves. Not only that but you feel completely burned out by everything on this planet (and possibly beyond). You may even have reached a point where you are just plain exhausted from being so damn tired all the time.

There are many ways to be tired and each of them deserves recognition. So, you’re tired. You might be feeling beat down by the daily grind, or maybe you’re just plain exhausted from the night before. Whatever your reasons for being so sleepy, the most important thing is to recognize that you are tired and then do something about it. It’s easy to ignore our feelings when they aren’t pleasant ones but ignoring them will only make matters worse and could lead to bigger problems down the road. So don’t ignore those feelings—acknowledge them! You deserve to know what’s going on with your body; listen carefully when it talks back and try not to get defensive because it is only trying its best (even if it doesn’t always do so successfully). Once you’ve acknowledged that fact that yes indeed this is indeed happening right now in real time then ask yourself: “What can I do?”

I hope that this article has helped you understand the many different kinds of tired. If anything, it should help you identify your own type of tiredness and what factors may cause it.
